Exchanges
We also offer exchanges on all Animal returned within 30 days of purchase. To exchange an item, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging and we will send you a replacement item.
Shipping
The cost of shipping an item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement item or issue a full refund.
